Painting this collection of twelve mushrooms for a tiny art show has been such a joy. There’s something magical about studying their shapes, textures, and quiet little personalities, then letting those natural forms drift into abstraction. Each piece became its own playful interpretation — a mix of observation, imagination, and color — celebrating the small, beautiful things growing all around us.
